The Judge Donald E. Wieand Law Library serves the population of Lehigh County by providing access to government documents, statutory information, and legal sources.

The Law Library is open to the public, and is located on the 4th floor of the Lehigh County Courthouse. Available for use are Statutes (laws), regulations, and many other law books. Included are books of "forms" or examples of different kinds of legal papers.

The Library Information Services Department administers the operation of the Judge Donald E. Wieand Law Library. Located in the Law Library, Library Information Services provides books, CD-ROMS, library-related services, and computer technical support to the Judges, Judicial and County offices.
