Borrowing Privileges
Borrowing Privileges are available only to holders of a Law Library card. These cards are available for a nominal fee.

Any person without a card is welcome to use all materials found in the Law Library, but he/she will be unable to remove material from the Library.

Library Cards
If you desire a Law Library Card to check out books, you must be able to supply the following:

• Current phone number where you can be reached.

  AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Drivers License or State issued Non-Drivers ID with a current address
• Social Security Card AND proof of current address (Utility bill, owners card, etc...)
• Proof of employment at a local law firm and firm address and phone number
• Bar membership card for any county. NOTICE: Your form of identification will be photocopied. If you can not or will not supply this information your application for a Library card will be rejected.

Circulation Period
The circulation period is seven (7) days with Saturday and Sunday calculated into the circulation period. Materials marked OVER NIGHT will be circulated on a one day basis. They are to be returned the same day, or the next morning before 10:00 A.M.

Renewal Policy
Books may be renewed once for a total circulation period of fourteen (14) days. Renewals may be made in person, over the telephone or by email. OVER NIGHT BOOKS MAY NOT BE RENEWED!

Overdue Policy
Overdue charges are at the rate of 25 cents per day. Over night books are due the next day by 10:00 A.M. or a $5.00 per day fine will be charged.
