The Civil Court Coordinator reviews new cases filed in the Clerk's Office every week. Civil cases initiated by complaint, which are not subject to compulsory arbitration, and all equity cases are assigned to an individual judge and become part of the judge's pending inventory. Miscellaneous civil matters not assigned to a judge are handled during Family/Miscellaneous Court weeks.
