The Custody Office is part of the Family Court Division of Lehigh County Court. Other offices in this division are the Protection from Abuse Office and the Master in Divorce. Domestic Relations, which handles support for children and spouses, is also part of the Family Court Division, but is located at 7 North Sixth Street, Allentown.

General Hours of Operation

Office Hours 8:00am ‑ 4:30pm, Monday ‑ Friday.

Assistance with Custody Complaints and Petitions is available between the Hours of 8:00am - 2:30pm.

The Civil/Family Court Division is closed on all major holidays and/or as directed by the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
