There is public metered parking on the streets surrounding the courthouse, with some meters allowing up to two hours of parking. There is also metered parking for persons with disabilities on the corner of Fifth and Hamilton Streets and on Penn Street between the new Courthouse and City Hall.

Public parking lots are located south of Hamilton Street on Sixth Street and in the 600 block of West Linden Street.
