Judge Mark B. Stanziola
Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas

Mark B. Stanziola joined the Lehigh County bench in January 2026. Judge Stanziola brings over 38 years of experience in representing clients in complex and no-fault divorce, property distribution matters, partition of property, equity actions and adoptions, as well as, extensive experience representing clients in protection from abuse cases, complex custody cases, as well as child and spousal support cases.

Judge Stanziola has served as a Custody Hearing Officer in Monroe County and a Custody Conference Officer in Northampton County.

Judge Stanziola is a frequent Continuing Legal Education program presenter, focusing on topics aimed at enhancing the legal knowledge and skills of family law attorneys so that they can better help serve clients.

Judge Stanziola has engaged in extensive community outreach. He was a founding member of the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBTQ Center in Allentown, established their Community Legal Clinic, and served on its Board of Directors. He also served on the Church Council of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus and was on its Executive Committee. Judge Stanziola is a frequent presenter at colleges and in the community.
